What is JSDC Wheels?
JSDC Wheels is an Ontario-based distributor of Superspeed FlowForm alloy wheels. We supply automotive dealers, independent tire shops, alignment centres, and enthusiasts across Canada with the full Superspeed FlowForm lineup — the RF01 Progressive, RF03RR, RF05RR, and RF07 series.
We operate out of York, Ontario, in the Greater Toronto Area. That means local inventory, Canadian dollar pricing, and no customs surprises. If you've ever ordered wheels from a US shop and been hit with brokerage fees and exchange rates on top of the sticker price, you understand why that matters.
Why Flow Form Wheels?
Flow forming is the sweet spot between cast and forged wheel manufacturing. A cast wheel blank is spun on a mandrel and pressed with high-pressure rollers under heat, which stretches and compresses the barrel wall. This process aligns the aluminum grain structure and dramatically increases tensile strength — typically 30–50% stronger than a comparable gravity-cast wheel, with a 10–15% weight reduction.
Cast Aluminum Blank
The process starts with a gravity-cast or low-pressure-cast aluminum alloy blank. At this stage the wheel is heavier and weaker than the finished product — the barrel wall is uniform and unoptimized.
Spin + Pressure Form
The blank is mounted on a mandrel and spun at speed. Heat is applied, then hardened steel rollers press the barrel outward — stretching and compressing the aluminum simultaneously. This process aligns the metal grain structure along the stress lines of the barrel.
Finished Flow Form Wheel
The result is a barrel that is 30–50% stronger in tensile strength than the original cast blank, with 10–15% less weight. The face is machined to final spec and the finish applied — all at a fraction of the cost of a fully forged wheel.
Cast vs. Flow Form vs. Forged
Flow form gives you most of the strength gain of forging at 40–60% of the forged price. That's why it's the go-to for serious builds that aren't racing budgets.
The result: a wheel that performs like a forged unit but costs significantly less. For customers who want quality without the forged price tag, and for shops who need to offer value without recommending cheap cast wheels, flow form is the right answer.
Who We Work With
Our business is split between two customer types:
Dealers and shops — tire shops, alignment centres, performance shops, and dealers who want a reliable Canadian source for aftermarket wheels. Wholesale accounts get access to our full inventory through the GTA Tire Distributor portal, where live pricing and stock levels are visible after login.
Enthusiasts and retail customers — individual buyers who want a specific set for their build. We can supply single sets and advise on fitment, finish, and sizing for your vehicle.
The GTA Tire Distributor Connection
JSDC Wheels and GTA Tire Distributor operate under the same umbrella. GTA Tire Distributor is our wholesale portal — it carries over 3,000 SKUs of tires and wheels (Michelin, Hankook, Yokohama, Kumho, BFGoodrich, and more) in addition to the JSDC Wheels FlowForm lineup. Dealers who want a one-stop source for both tires and wheels can register at gtatiredistributor.ca.
JSDC Wheels is the brand-forward face of that operation — focused specifically on the FlowForm wheel lines and the customers who care about what's going on the corners of their car.
